The Service is provided for informational and productivity purposes. We do not guarantee specific results from using our prompts.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by SilverWolf Software and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes
• Use prompts generated by the Service in your own AI interactions
• Share prompts with attribution when sharing features are enabled

6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for operating and improving the Service.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription Services

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Taxes may apply based on your location

7.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new premium subscriptions. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled for future periods.

7.3 Free Trial

Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 No Professional Advice

The Service provides general information and productivity tools. It does not constitute:

• Professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.)
• Endorsement of any specific AI service
• Guarantee of results or outcomes

8.2 Third-Party AI Services

We are not affiliated with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI services mentioned. Users are responsible for complying with those services' terms when using our prompts.

9. Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SilverWolf Software, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or share

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Texas.

11.2 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES SHALL BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY, NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

11.3 Exceptions

You may pursue claims in small claims court. We may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The federal and state courts located in Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes not subject to arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending email notification for significant changes

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
